No, ViLAU does not ship to international addresses at this time.

We have FREE Shipping anywhere in the continental United States on all orders over $60.

We also offer a flat rate of $15 shipping for orders of up to $60 for an express delivery via FedEx. Our products are fresh, and there we want to have them at your doorstep as soon as they are ready.

You may log in to your account, view “My Orders”, select the order number you wish to track, go to “Order Shipments” and click on the tracking number.
If you completed your order as a guest, you could track the shipment by clicking the tracking number from the confirmation email you received or contact our ViLAU Nature Skincare Concierge for assistance atinfo@vilaunature.com.

If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping courier and you received a confirmation email but find that it is missing, please send an email toinfo@vilaunature.comwith your order number.
Please note that we must receive this inquiry within 2-3 days from the day your order is marked as delivered. If we receive your inquiry regarding the missing order after this timeframe, the carrier will investigate, and order replacement will only be granted if the order is confirmed missing by the carrier.

Unfortunately, we only deliver orders to a physical address at this time.

At ViLAU, we take pride in our skincare and wholeheartedly believe in 100% satisfaction regarding the optimal quality of our products. If for any reason you received the product damaged, or simply had a change of heart, the item(s) can be returned and accepted for a full refund conceding that the seal has not been broken, due to the sanitary nature of our products. You may return the product within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Only item(s) purchased from vilaunature.com may be accepted for a return at this point.

If you comply with the conditions listed in the previous question, you can email us atinfo@vilaunature.comto inform us of your decision to return your purchase, so that we can be on the lookout for your package. Please send back your purchase to ViLAU Industries, 13313 Redfish Lane, Suite 108, Stafford, Texas 77477. You will receive an email once the return items have been received. Once the return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable with the exception of returning an order as a result of an error from ViLAU’s side.

If the item is broken or damaged in transit, customers may contact your ViLAU Customer Skincare Liaison at  atinfo@vilaunature.comwith a brief description and photo of the damaged product within 5 days from the delivery of your order. Please return the damaged product to ViLAU. Once we receive the return, we will process the replacement, and shipping charges will be reimbursed. The same return procedure still applies. Please refer to our Return Policy.

If you are exchanging a purchase received as a gift, you may contact the ViLAU Customer Service directly and provide the Product Name and Order number.
Please follow the return policy guidelines and attach a photograph of the product. Your ViLAU Customer Skincare Liaison will send you a return shipping label. Once the item(s) is received and inspected, you will receive an email with a unique code that can be used for your new purchase. The code is a onetime use and only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All exchanges must be equal or if the item is higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
